Maximum Infection Precautions:
Use your own pen
Wear Gloves - sanitize them before & after your visit
Wash or sanitize your hands before putting gloves on & after removing them
Wear BASE Camp Dust Face Mask.  Do not touch it!
Change filter every 6-8 hours
Do not touch anyone or anything that you do not have to
Use the stairs if possible
Only stay in well-ventilated rooms --> use fans & UV air filters
Exercise daily

Anti-COVID-19 Supplements:  Vitamin C 2,000 mg daily, Thiamine 500 mg daily,
Zinc 100 mg daily, & Vitamin D serum level 60-100

At first sign of Symptoms or Exposure add: 
Amazon Brand - Solimo 10% Povidone Iodine Solution First Aid Antiseptic, 8 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 4) $16
Dilute 1 ounce with 9 ounces of distilled water; gargle for 30 seconds every 4 hours
Use spray bottle to spray into both nostrils every 4 hours
Famotidine 40 mg daily
Aspirin 325 mg daily unless contraindicated
Melatonin 10 mg at bedtime
Monitor Pulse Oximeter frequently --> if <94% contact your doctor
Continue until Symptoms Resolve or for 7 days
