Wear Gloves - sanitize them before & after your visit
Wash or sanitize your hands before putting gloves on & after removing them
Wear a well-fitted N-95 mask with exit valve (use it properly)
Wear Goggles
Maintain separation from other people - 6 feet
Do not touch anyone or anything that you do not have to
Use the stairs if possible
Only stay in well-ventilated rooms --> use fans & UV air filters
Anti-COVID-19 Supplements: Vitamin C 1,000 mg daily, Thiamine 500 mg daily,
Zinc 100 mg daily, & Vitamin D serum level 60-100
At first sign of Symptoms or Exposure add:
Famotidine 40 mg daily
Melatonin 4 mg for every 10 pounds of body weight twice daily
Continue until Symptoms Resolve or for 7 days
The laboratory will be closed on Thursdays because of the pandemic
The office will maintain normal working hours
